At Move2focus, we are committed to empowering educators and students alike through the principles of mindfulness and Tai Chi.
Our mission is to transform educational environments into spaces where teaching and learning are infused with calm, focus, and well-being.
We believe that educators hold the key to shaping the future, but the pressures of the profession can sometimes be overwhelming.
By providing tools and training that promote mindfulness and physical well-being, we help teachers reclaim their passion for teaching and students to excel in a supportive atmosphere.
Using tailored mindfulness exercises and Tai Chi techniques, we guide educators in creating classrooms that are not only centers of learning but also sanctuaries of peace.
These practices are designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster a productive and inclusive classroom environment.
Taking a Tai Chi in the Classroom workshop with Rob was not only just a fun community building activity, but showed me how the practice can be incorporated for my self care to reduce stress and improve my energy level. My work needs me to nurture others. Having the support of a practice to do this is useful for me and the youth for whom I need to set a positive example

Tai Chi movements and stretching have helped all of my students this year. It helped them get ready for class and had an overall notable effect on their energy and focus. It was particularly helpful for students with anxiety and ADHD. After a week or two, the movements and breathwork just became part of our class routine and students expected to start class with it everyday.

Rob loves what he does and it shows in his course. He had ample knowledge and energy around preventative classroom management as well the practice of Tai Chi. I’ve been teaching for 21 years and have some experience in Yoga, but had never done Tai Chi or Qi Gong. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I came out of class grounded and relaxed.
